GC20PN and GC20PK detectors are designed for the use in industrial and commercial settings. In the detectors, we use a non-selective heated semiconductor sensor that reacts to the presence of a wide range of flammable gases and vapors. Precise adjusting for a specific application is achieved by calibration via required specific controlled substance. The field of application includes small and medium-sized boiler rooms, spaces for parking and rebuilding cars running on LPG, and various stores or technological businesses using flammable gases or substances.
Each detector is a separate unit requiring 12V DC supply and its output is a two-stage signal indicating whether the set level of the gas concentration is or is not exceeded. The detector comprises two separate outputs, allowing monitoring of two different levels of concentration. Both versions of detectors are identical in terms of electronics and gas detection.
The versions are different in mechanical design. GC20PN is suitable for fixed mounting in accessible sites. The inspection is carried out on site. GC20PK with its easy assembly and disassembly thanks to its clip attachment is designed for inaccessible places or for places where more frequent replacement of the detector is expected.
